Shipping & Returns

Shipping:  Will be done in a timely matter by the most responsible choice.  At this time, we do not offer an express(overnight) shipping option.  IF you do need an express option email us and we will do our best to accommodate which may incur a fee for the difference.  All orders will be shipped with a tracking sent.  Any shipping concerns please email us at sales@interstatehobby.com.

Return Policy:  All returns must be verified within 14 days of receipt by contacting us by email sales@interstatehobby.com.  Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.  All returns must be in unopened original packaging.  No Returns on Electronics.  All warranties must be done through the manufacturer.
